Does anyone know of a good yoga class?

From where to do it to how to do it to where to get the gear.

Hi Lulu! I'm in England at the moment so haven't got the details at my fingertips, but French friends of mine recommend classes run by someone who teaches in Laroque d'Olmes (Friday I think) la Bastide sur l'Hers (Tuesday and Thursday) and Lavelanet (Saturday I think). If you're interested I'll find out more on my return later this week.

Hi Lulu
We used to go to a very good yoga class at Lieurac (turn right at Laroque d'olmes when driving south)
We had to give up due to other commitments so not sure if it's still going
It was run by Elisabeth Visser, email address
Failing that try looking on the cathar country info website as they carry a lot of "alternative" stuff.
Thinking about it I'm sure I've seen posters for Yoga on the board in front of tourist info Mirepoix.
Good luck with your search

Hi lulu

If you fancy doing a yoga retreat in August there is one near castelau Durban...

It's from the 19th - 26th...

this is taken from the website...

Come and join Ram and Kate for a week of deepening your practice in the beautiful foothills of the French Pyrenees. There will be two pranayama sessions and two asana sessions each day, nourishing, home-cooked vegetarian food and plenty of time to walk in the forest, bathe in the river or read in the garden.

If you are interested you could find out more here...
